Orders and Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over a minimum spend. Orders below this threshold have a small shipping fee applied at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please email us at support@rayandrim.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
